If you are booked in the block, we will reach out at the RSVP deadline to see if you'd like to take the shuttle to the venue (private shuttle).

The hotel will say NO ROOMS AVAILABLE, or will show a higher rate than the above discounted rate, when the hotel block is filled. Please contact Barbara or Nick when this happens. We will need to ask the hotel for more rooms. The sooner we reach this, the better our position to negotiate more rooms. The closer we get to the date, the higher the possibility for local events that will drive up hotel prices.

Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 11am.

Breakfast is available for a fee. There is a restaurant on site. There is also a Starbucks on site.
