Servers will pass 3 hors d'oeures: Bacon wrapped beef brisket with non spicy bbq sauce, Bacon wrapped maple glazed chicken, and Pesto shrimp skewers. There will also be two stationary appetizers: Cheese & Salame & Fresh fruit. Seating for dinner will begin at 6:15pm. The bar will close 6:15pm-6:30pm while we move from outside bar to inside bar. Have your drink in hand while getting seated or grab one of the ready poured champagne glasses on your way inside. Maple Pear Salad will be served to every guest and each guest can choose an available entree on the RSVP page. Entrees will be served according to the assigned seating chart. Wedding cake will be served to each person directly after dinner. A sweet table will be set in the corner near the DJ after dinner to include: Chocolate cupcakes with rasberry filling, lemon squares, chocolate chip cookies & turtle squares. Late night assorted pizzas will be provided as a snack at 9:15pm.

What time should we arrive & What time must we leave?

The Ceremony starts at 4:30. The Quartet will start playing at 4pm and the Hall is open for seating at 3:45pm. The wedding party and immediate family will be using the hall for photos until 3:45pm. St James Staff will direct guests upon arrival (including where to park - see diagram in details tab). Last dance is at 11:30pm, after which everyone must vacate. Miller Time Pub, which is attached to the hotel for the wedding block, has a bar that is open until 2 a.m. What if I'm running late? The St James staff will sneak you in through the side door. Everyone that is invited is invited to both the ceremony & the reception.

Where is your registry?

As you may know, we have already combined two full houses of belongings and have our fill of housewares. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a cash gift towards our honeymoon would be very welcome but not expected. You can find a link under "registry," if you would like to do so electronically.

Where can I park? Is there a shuttle?

If you are confirmed in the hotel block before the RSVP date, we will reach out to you to see if you want a spot on the private shuttle & to schedule you a specific time. A 45 spot free lot is available for our guests (which is plenty of spots, but the lot is a little tight). A diagram of how to get there is included in the details tab and there will be a staff member directing you to the parking lot before the ceremony. If you drive, all cars must be out of the parking lot by 12am, 30 minutes after the end of the reception. If you drive, there is also a paid "Library Lot" every so slightly closer to the venue entrance door.

Can I bring my kids?

We encourage you to enjoy a night without small children.

Is there a coat check?

There is no coat check. There are coat racks in the foyer so that you will not need to leave your coat behind your chair.

What is the dress code?

The suggested dress code is formal.

What are your wedding colors?

The bridesmaids' dresses are deep rose colored, sparkly.
